From squats to lunges, hinges to upper body strength work, and even a quick outdoor run, this class is your all-in-one solution for maintaining peak fitness. Climbing & Fun for Kids 2-5! Climbing Tots is an instructor led class that helps you and your little climber get more comfortable with climbing. Parent/Adult will actively supervise and accompany the child and help in this fun learning process. We incorporate music, obstacle courses, and focused activities to make rock climbing very accessible and enjoyable for your child to gain exposure, coordination and experience rock climbing in a comfortable environment. Thursdays coincide with our Members Mornings, but bouldering will be closed for a portion of the hour for tots to climb unencumbered! Members: Free Punch Pass Holders: 1 Punch Guests: $25

Learn the essentials of rock climbing movement. Proper technique is key to capitalizing on the strength you already have and progressing as a climber. This class is very in depth; it's best you do not take this class on your first visit. For the best experience, allow a few climbing sessions between your first belay class/climbing session and this one. $25 for Members | $35 for non-Members Includes gear Ages 13+

Slow down the pace as we delve into areas that bear the brunt of your workload. Expect a focus on bodyweight movements, gentle stretches, and a mindful approach to restoring balance and flexibility. Start your weekend feeling refreshed and ready to tackle any challenges thrown your way. Friday: Mobility at 7am

September Theme: Reflection Presenter: Alissa Hopkins Alissa Hopkins is a Certified End of Life/Death Doula (non-medical) and is fiercely passionate about being an Advocate for Caregivers and Patients. She left the corporate world to pursue becoming an entrepreneur to dedicate herself to focusing on what most of us don’t want to face…but we all will at some point. With an endearing passion (yet not bashful) Alissa brings valuable insight and practical advice to her audience with an open heart and vulnerability on the end of life. Just like an echo is a reflection of sound… and how a camera lens focuses reflected light to form a photograph… our subconscious reflects on our experiences to form our beliefs. Reflection turns our traumas and triumphs into lessons. It’s how we can create a vision for a brighter future. MEMBERS MORNING IS CANCELLED!
