Improve your climbing and overall body strength using functional movements, strength and conditioning practices, and mobility practices in Vertical Ventures’ 45-minute group fitness classes.
Strength and Conditioning with Bryce:
Get ready for a full-body workout designed to unleash your ultimate potential. From squats to lunges, hinges to upper body strength work, and even a quick outdoor run, this class is your all-in-one solution for maintaining peak fitness. Bryce will guide you through exercises using weights and cardio equipment within our fitness room so you feel comfortable and confident utilizing the training room.
Improve Your Climbing:
Unlock the secrets to sending your dream routes with expert guidance. In this class, we’ll harness the power of our fitness facility to tailor exercises specifically for climbers. From pull-ups to Tension Board drills, hangboard sessions to grip endurance challenges, you’ll build the strength, technique, and mental focus required to crush your projects. For this class, bring both your training shoes and your climbing shoes!
Mobility:
Give your hardworking body the TLC it deserves after a long week. This mobility class is your ticket to recovery and maintaining full range of motion in every muscle group. Slow down the pace as we delve into areas that bear the brunt of your workload. Expect a focus on bodyweight movements, gentle stretches, and a mindful approach to restoring balance and flexibility. Start your weekend feeling refreshed and ready to tackle any challenges thrown your way.

BALANCE YOUR BODY WITH YOGA FOR CLIMBERS
This all-levels class focuses on correcting common imbalances in the climber’s body, increasing mobility and range of motion, and teaching breath and focus techniques that’ll serve you when you’re cruxing or working hard moves on the wall.

This all-levels yoga class is offered four days a week. Available FREE for members. Non-members can pay for a class which includes a day’s admission to climb.
