Monday - Power Tues - 50/50 Wed - Flow Thurs - Flow Power: This is a powerful creative vinyasa practice, sequencing postures from all the families of asana with the intention of challenging your physical and mental strength. Faster paced than our Flow classes, expect to get moving quickly. More difficult postures may be presented with modifications offered. 50/50 The 50/50 starts strong, with vinyasa and standing postures to get warm inside and out. After the power flow portion you'll hit the mat for some slow and deep stretching. Long holds promote flexibility, and increased range of motion and circulation in the joints. The transition from hard work to slow movement with an emphasis on self-care trains the nervous system to shift easily from sympathetic response to parasympathetic, allowing for stress-relief, improved mood, and better sleep.
