Improve your full body strength using functional movements and standard condition practices. 45 minutes.
Class Structure:
- Full Body Warm-up (with targeted movements in focused muscle groups and focus on overall joint mobility)
- Foundational Body Movements (squats, hinges, lunges)
- Increasing circuit intensity (adding equipment and/or duration to increase heart rate)
- Cool Down (gentle movements, stretching)
