Unlock the secrets to sending your dream routes with Rose’s expert guidance. In this class, we’ll harness the power of our fitness facility to tailor exercises specifically for climbers. From pull-ups to Tension Board drills, hangboard sessions to grip endurance challenges, you’ll build the strength, technique, and mental focus required to crush your projects. For this class, bring both your training shoes and your climbing shoes!
