This is an all-levels class that focuses on correcting common imbalances in the climber's body, increasing mobility and range of motion, and teaching breath and focus techniques that'll serve you when you're cruxing or working hard moves on the wall. Free for Members $20 for Non-Members. (Price of Yoga Class includes a Day Admission to Climb.) Visit Passes and Guest Passes are not valid for Yoga/Fitness Classes.
Strength and Conditioning with Bryce and Brandon: Get ready for a full-body workout designed to unleash your ultimate potential. From squats to lunges, hinges to upper body strength work, and even a quick outdoor run, this class is your all-in-one solution for maintaining peak fitness. Brandon and Bryce will guide you through exercises using weights and cardio equipment within our fitness room so you feel comfortable and confident utilizing the training room. Schedule: All Classes run from 7:00 – 7:45am Tuesday: Strength and Conditioning Wednesday: Improve Your Climbing Thursday: Strength and Conditioning with Bryce Friday: Mobility
Exclusive Member Perk! Join your fellow VV members for an early morning open gym session. Member Mornings are held every Tuesday through Friday from 8am - 10am. Please Note: On Thursdays from 9am - 10am, Climbing Tots will have marked off zones for their toddler climbing program.

Outdoor Lead Classes are available by private appointments only. Please email stpete@verticalventures.com to make a reservation. Our 4 hour Outdoor Lead Class prepares you to take your climbing skills outside. You'll learn: Climbing: Outdoor Climbing Tips, Crag Ethics, Preparedness Belaying: Hazards of Belaying Outdoors, Lowering a Climber as they Clean the Route Cleaning: How to Properly Clean a Route Rappelling: How to Rappell You'll also learn: How to read a guide / topo Gear - how to rack your gear, how to place/clip/clean quick draws, use extendable slings Safety Considerations (Outside vs. Indoor) Dealing with Rope Drag Anchors - how to direct in, rigging a TR anchor, rappeling How to tie a Prusik Loop Pre-requisites Must be Lead certified or equivalent Must be able to climb 5.9 Must have your own harness, shoes, and belay device (ATC or Gri Gri) Must be 16 or older to Lead Climb or Lead Belay without adult supervision $150 for Members | $170 for Non-Members
