Movement. Climbing is Movement / Movement is Expression / Expression is Dance - The purpose of this session is to introduce participants to the unlimited movement patterns to be experienced in a climbing practice and in a way that emphasizes how climbing movement is different for everybody - ultimately manifesting as a form of individual expression. This session focuses on the movement patterns that benefits those just getting into climbing, or those that want to "smooth out" the rough edges of their climbing flow. Learning Objectives: Understand efficient movement, body positions, basic route reading/sequencing, and Flow of movement (Mantra: Slow is Smooth and Smooth is Fast) Potential Drills: Quiet Climbing, Sloth Climbing, down climbing, intentional sequencing
