This clinic will teach you some unexpected and crucial ways to use your toe, heel, and hamstring to ascend up the wall. MAY 2025 - Flagging & Drop-Knees 5/16 - Know when and how to balance your center of gravity with a classic flag versus keeping 3-point tension to keep from barn-dooring.
