This hour long meet-up clinic aims to improve your technique, strength, and climbing skills through specific drills and movement. We'll teach you how to utilize basic toe jams, hand jams, and finger jams to climb crack. Bring some crack climbing gloves if you have them, otherwise tape will be provided. w/ Cody 5/17 - Heel and Toe Hooks We're taking a deep dive into the intricacies of heel hooking and toe hooking.
