Dynamic Climbing – June 15th

There’s so much more involved with Dynamic climbing than simply jumping! Coach Whit and Head Routesetter Jiarra will help you get in touch with all the ins-and-outs of what it takes to practice honing in explosive power and momentum to your advantage while climbing. Learn coordinative hand/foot movements and how to fall unpredictably with an exclusive after-hours use of VV facilities.
