Vertical Ventures Camp programs will give children the skills and confidence to scale walls with ease. More experienced climbers will learn the skills it takes to tackle some of the more difficult climbs. Participants will learn the fundamentals of climbing movement, equipment and safety. Our experienced and supportive staff emphasize personal responsibility and encourage each camper to develop greater self confidence throughout the session. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced level climbers are welcome. Half-Day or Full Day Spring Break Camp Dates: March 17 - 21 Ages: 6 to 16 Half Day:  9am - 12pm Price: $275 Members ($250 for 2+ kids) $300 Guests ($275 for 2+ kids) Full Day:  9am - 3pm Price: $475 Members ($450 for 2+ kids) $550 Guests ($525 for 2+ kids) Please Note: Online enrollment closes one week prior to camp. Please call for availability if you cannot book online. Under-enrolled weeks of camp may be canceled 5 days prior to the start date. Please arrange to pick up your children promptly at noon. Kids will have a break and snack time each day. If your child has dietary restrictions, please send them with a drink and snacks.

Sensory Sundays

Vertical Ventures 116 18th Street South, St. Pete, United States

Sensory Sundays Vertical Ventures welcomes climbers with sensory sensitivities to experience indoor rock climbing on the fourth Sunday of every month, from 8am -10am. During this time, the facility is closed to the public and our house music will be turned off to create a calm environment. VV members are welcome during this time, but must follow our Sensory Sunday protocol of using quiet voices. Our supportive staff members will be available to: provide gym tours get you geared up provide instruction on climbing basics  belay (handle the ropes) All ages welcome Free for Members $25 for Guests Punch Pass holders may use punches for this session. *We have a few pairs of noise cancelling headphones available,  the party room is available as the Zen Den for an area away from the climbing activities, we'll have coloring books and games available as well.

Parent/Adult will actively supervise and accompany the child and help in this fun learning process. We incorporate music, obstacle courses, and focused activities to make rock climbing very accessible and enjoyable for your child to gain exposure, coordination and experience rock climbing in a comfortable environment. Thursdays coincide with our Members Mornings, but bouldering will be closed for a portion of the hour for tots to climb unencumbered! Members: Free Punch Pass Holders: 1 Punch Guests: $25
