We're celebrating Earth Day with a week-long Clothes Swap! VV member and local rock star, YY, will set up shop on April 25th.  Fast fashion is one of the biggest contributors to textile waste, with millions of pounds of clothing ending up in landfills each year. By swapping instead of shopping, you’re not only refreshing your wardrobe for free — you’re also reducing waste, saving resources, and helping the planet. Free for members, punch card holders and guests who purchase a day pass. Bring in your clean, used clothes April 4th - 24th during our collection period. Strength and Conditioning with Bryce and Brandon: Get ready for a full-body workout designed to unleash your ultimate potential. From squats to lunges, hinges to upper body strength work, and even a quick outdoor run, this class is your all-in-one solution for maintaining peak fitness. Brandon and Bryce will guide you through exercises using weights and cardio equipment within our fitness room so you feel comfortable and confident utilizing the training room.   Schedule: All Classes run from 7:00 – 7:45am Tuesday: Strength and Conditioning Wednesday: Improve Your Climbing Thursday: Strength and Conditioning with Bryce Friday: Mobility
