Strength and Conditioning with Bryce and Brandon: Get ready for a full-body workout designed to unleash your ultimate potential. From squats to lunges, hinges to upper body strength work, and even a quick outdoor run, this class is your all-in-one solution for maintaining peak fitness. Brandon and Bryce will guide you through exercises using weights and cardio equipment within our fitness room so you feel comfortable and confident utilizing the training room.   Schedule: All Classes run from 7:00 – 7:45am Tuesday: Strength and Conditioning Wednesday: Improve Your Climbing Thursday: Strength and Conditioning with Bryce Friday: Mobility

This hour long meet-up clinic aims to improve your technique, strength, and climbing skills through specific drills and movement. It's a great opportunity to meet other climbers in your community and find new climbing partners. Each month showcases a specific theme and each week will explore variations on that theme.
