JANUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE!!

Come get fit with us to kick off the new year! Another fitness challenge coming right up! Take as many yoga and fitness classes as you can in January to kick off the New Year and be rewarded with a free month of membership! All you have to do is register for a class, and BOOM, you're in! Keep coming and see those gains. Bryce and Brandon will coach you right through. See you by the kettle bells! Plus we'll have a special fitness workshop on January 27th with instructor Brandon that's worth extra points toward your challenge score! Taking a fitness or yoga class in January automatically enters you in the challenge. Take the most classes to win! Top 3 class-takers each win 1 free month membership.

Sensory Sundays Vertical Ventures welcomes climbers with sensory sensitivities to experience indoor rock climbing on the fourth Sunday of every month, from 8am -10am. During this time, the facility is closed to the public and our house music will be turned off to create a calm environment. VV members are welcome during this time, but must follow our Sensory Sunday protocol of using quiet voices. Our supportive staff members will be available to: provide gym tours get you geared up provide instruction on climbing basics  belay (handle the ropes) All ages welcome Free for Members $25 for Guests Punch Pass holders may use punches for this session. *We have a few pairs of noise cancelling headphones available,  the party room is available as the Zen Den for an area away from the climbing activites, we'll have coloring books, games available as well

Event Series Level 2 Top Rope

Level 2 Top Rope

The Level 2 Top Rope Belay Class will teach you more specific skills for top rope climbing. Skills include: how to tie a retraced figure 8, proper setup of GRI GRI belay device, belaying a climber without ground anchors, as well as proper positioning while belaying. This is the minimum ability level needed to acces our "Pit" climbing area. Pre-Requisites Must be 13 or older Must be Level 1 belay checked Must be able to climb 5.9 $30 for Members | $40 for guests
