JANUARY FITNESS CHALLENGE!!

Come get fit with us to kick off the new year! Another fitness challenge coming right up! Take as many yoga and fitness classes as you can in January to kick off the New Year and be rewarded with a free month of membership! All you have to do is register for a class, and BOOM, you're in! Keep coming and see those gains. Bryce and Brandon will coach you right through. See you by the kettle bells! Plus we'll have a special fitness workshop on January 27th with instructor Brandon that's worth extra points toward your challenge score! Taking a fitness or yoga class in January automatically enters you in the challenge. Take the most classes to win! Top 3 class-takers each win 1 free month membership.

Climbing & Fun for Kids 2-5! Climbing Tots is an instructor led class that helps you and your little climber get more comfortable with climbing. Parent/Adult will actively supervise and accompany the child and help in this fun learning process. We incorporate music, obstacle courses, and focused activities to make rock climbing very accessible and enjoyable for your child to gain exposure, coordination and experience rock climbing in a comfortable environment. Thursdays coincide with our Members Mornings, but bouldering will be closed for a portion of the hour for tots to climb unencumbered! Members: Free Punch Pass Holders: 1 Punch Guests: $25

Event Series Level 2 Top Rope

Level 2 Top Rope

The Level 2 Top Rope Belay Class will teach you more specific skills for top rope climbing. Skills include: how to tie a retraced figure 8, proper setup of GRI GRI belay device, belaying a climber without ground anchors, as well as proper positioning while belaying. This is the minimum ability level needed to acces our "Pit" climbing area. Pre-Requisites Must be 13 or older Must be Level 1 belay checked Must be able to climb 5.9 $30 for Members | $40 for guests

Artemis Climbing Clinic Training Boards & Fitness Room Artemis is Vertical Ventures’ very own climbing collective for women & non-binary climbers. Join us for clinics and meet-ups designed to foster an inclusive climbing experience for gender-marginalized folks! Join Jiarra and Laís for a night geared towards training! Learn all about using the training room to your advantage! Training to climb can mean progressing through your plateau, using the tension board to add diversity to your training plan, maintenance for your body, and most of all — preventing those pesky injuries that always seem to haunt us time and time again. Leave this clinic feeling better prepared to get on those projects and climbing more for this coming 2025! Sunday, January 19th from 6:00 - 9:00pm
