Climbing & Fun for Kids 2-5! Climbing Tots is an instructor led class that helps you and your little climber get more comfortable with climbing. Parent/Adult will actively supervise and accompany the child and help in this fun learning process. We incorporate music, obstacle courses, and focused activities to make rock climbing very accessible and enjoyable for your child to gain exposure, coordination and experience rock climbing in a comfortable environment. Sensory Sundays Vertical Ventures welcomes climbers with sensory sensitivities to experience indoor rock climbing on the fourth Sunday of every month, from 8am -10am. During this time, the facility is closed to the public and our house music will be turned off to create a calm environment. VV members are welcome during this time, but must follow our Sensory Sunday protocol of using quiet voices. Our supportive staff members will be available to: provide gym tours get you geared up provide instruction on climbing basics belay (handle the ropes) All ages welcome Free for Members $25 for Guests Punch Pass holders may use punches for this session. *We have a few pairs of noise cancelling headphones available, the party room is available as the Zen Den for an area away from the climbing activities, we'll have coloring books and games available as well.

These are all-levels classes that focus on correcting common imbalances in the climber's body, increasing mobility and range of motion, and teaching breath and focus techniques that'll serve you when you're cruxing or working hard moves on the wall. Monday - Power Tues - 50/50 Wed - Flow Thurs - Flow Power: This is a powerful creative vinyasa practice, sequencing postures from all the families of asana with the intention of challenging your physical and mental strength. Faster paced than our Flow classes, expect to get moving quickly. More difficult postures may be presented with modifications offered. 50/50 The 50/50 starts strong, with vinyasa and standing postures to get warm inside and out. After the power flow portion you'll hit the mat for some slow and deep stretching. Long holds promote flexibility, and increased range of motion and circulation in the joints. The transition from hard work to slow movement with an emphasis on self-care trains the nervous system to shift easily from sympathetic response to parasympathetic, allowing for stress-relief, improved mood, and better sleep. Climbing & Fun for Kids 2-5! Climbing Tots is an instructor led class that helps you and your little climber get more comfortable with climbing. Parent/Adult will actively supervise and accompany the child and help in this fun learning process. We incorporate music, obstacle courses, and focused activities to make rock climbing very accessible and enjoyable for your child to gain exposure, coordination and experience rock climbing in a comfortable environment.
