Parent/Adult will actively supervise and accompany the child and help in this fun learning process. Here's another Boulder League! If you joined last summer, we're excited to see you again; and if it's your first time, welcome! We have changed and simplified some rules this go-around, but the essence of the game remains the same: try hard with old and new friends! Boulder league is a 5-week long competition where we use a balancing system that rewards trying hard rather than what grade you climb. This ensures an even playing field, and encourages participation from diverse climbing levels. With that said, anybody can win! The winning participants will receive prizes, trophies, and of course, bragging rights. Sensory Sundays Vertical Ventures welcomes climbers with sensory sensitivities to experience indoor rock climbing on the fourth Sunday of every month, from 8am -10am. During this time, the facility is closed to the public and our house music will be turned off to create a calm environment. VV members are welcome during this time, but must follow our Sensory Sunday protocol of using quiet voices. Our supportive staff members will be available to: provide gym tours get you geared up provide instruction on climbing basics belay (handle the ropes) All ages welcome Free for Members $25 for Guests Punch Pass holders may use punches for this session. *We have a few pairs of noise cancelling headphones available, the party room is available as the Zen Den for an area away from the climbing activities, we'll have coloring books and games available as well.
