OG Climbing Club (Ages 55+)

OG Climbing Club is Vertical Ventures’ indoor rock climbing program designed for adults 55 and up who want to stay active, keep learning, and connect with others in a supportive, welcoming space.

These guided sessions focus on low-impact movement, balance, strength, and problem-solving—at a pace that feels encouraging, not intimidating. Whether you’re brand new to climbing or returning to it later in life, OG Climbing Club is about moving your body with confidence, trying something new, and enjoying the process together.

Each session includes a thoughtful warm-up, coached climbing time on accessible routes, and space to socialize and build community. No prior experience needed.
