Mobility w/ Makie:

Slow down the pace as we delve into the areas that bear the brunt of your workload: your joints. Expect a focus on bodyweight movements, joint-strengthening stretches, and a mindful approach to restoring balance and flexibility. Start your weekend feeling refreshed and ready to tackle any challenges thrown your way.

Training for Climbing w/ Makie:

Get training to improve your climbing. Exercises both on and off the wall will ensure that your body is getting the climbing-focused workout it needs to help you reach your goals, and the next grade. Makie will help you focus on muscle groups that are instrumental to upping your climbing game, and have you running 4x4s, laps, and other important climbing drills that are sure to push you to new heights.

Strength and Conditioning w/ Bryce and Makie:

Get ready for a full-body workout designed to unleash your ultimate potential. From squats to lunges, hinges to upper body strength work, and even a quick outdoor run, this class is your all-in-one solution for maintaining peak fitness. Bryce will guide you through exercises using weights and cardio equipment within our fitness room so you feel comfortable and confident utilizing the training room.
